Our Spring training is a 200- hour foundational course registered with Yoga Alliance. In this educational training led by Rachel Horwitz and Sumit Banerjee of Sumit's yoga, you will experience an in-depth understanding of traditional Hatha yoga, Yoga-Nidra and Vinyasa with studies to include a basic knowledge of some of our Bikram asanas. This training is for anyone who is ready to take a dive into teaching or a brand spanking new-bie looking to deepen your proficiency and understanding of the practice. Presented in a clear and accessible format, this teacher training is appropriate for anyone with the dedication, heart and passion for yoga, interested in learning from the ground up. This teacher training is dynamic and you will learn the logic and technicalities behind the yoga postures.

Yoga Alliance established a national Yoga Teacher's Registry to recognize and promote teachers with training that meets minimum training standards. Earning a certificate through our training guarantees your completion via Yoga Alliance and acknowledges your 200 hour completion.
