ADVANCED SERIES.  84 POSES. THIS CLASS INCLUDES THE 26 POSES FROM OUR REGULAR BIKRAM CLASS PLUS THE ADDITIONAL 58 FROM THE FULL SEQUENCE.  OUR ADVANCED CLASS IS FOR PRACTITIONERS WHO HAVE BEEN PRACTICING AT LEAST 3 YEARS AND WHO WANT TO EXPAND THEIR BIKRAM YOGA PRACTICE.

Hot VINYASA IS A SEQUENCE OF VARYING POSES DEDICATED TO SPECIFIC AREAS OF THE BODY UNIFYING MOVEMENT WITH BREATH.  THESE POSES INCREASE PHYSICAL ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND FOCUS, TRAINING THE MIND TO CONNECT WITH THE BODY THROUGH CONSTANT MEDITATION.  CHECK OUT OUR CLASS AND FEEL HOW WELL IT COMPLIMENTS YOUR REGULAR BIKRAM YOGA PRACTICE (60 and 90 minute classes).
