At Bikram Yoga Agoura Hills, we are dedicated to helping you take control of your life both physically and mentally by obtaining optimum fitness, improving stress management and discovering how to heal old injuries.

Also known as ‘’hot yoga’’, Bikram yoga was discovered by Bikram Choudhury and all classes are 90 minutes in a room heated to 105 degrees. Bikram yoga is the original Hatha yoga series and is comprised of 26 postures and two breathing exercises.
